    PRO-THERM  -Thermic fluid heaters are available in various capacities from 70,000 Kcal/hr to 6,00,000 Kcal/hr and maximum working temperature 300.c.
    PRO-THERM  Thermic fluid heater is designed for higher thermal efficiency 87(+/-)2% calculated on NCV either on LDO or FO & these are vertical coil type, 3 pass construction.

    Construction:

  • The shell assembly consists of two concentric shells & Aluminium    radiator in between.
  • Helical concentric coil made out of B.Q. seamless pipes.
  • Down firing type pressure jet burner.

    Safeties:

  • Low level switch in top tanks.
  • Differential pressure switch for low flow/no flow.
  • Spring loaded relief valve.
